The Architects

DKO

DKO was established in 2000 to create its own vision of architecture and design. Over the last 25 years, with Koos de Keijzer as founding partner and Principal, the practice has grown exponentially and comprises a multidisciplinary team of more than 300 professionals working across six studios in Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia.

Our expertise is diverse and runs deep, covering architecture, interiors and landscape architecture for sectors that include single and multi-residential, hospitality, commercial, institutional, education and government projects, as well as urban design and master-plans.

The Interior Designers

Woods Bagot

Woods Bagot are a global architecture practice with studios in five regions: Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Their practice is diverse, covering design, research, data analytics, and consulting. Celebrating diversity across cultures, free from a signature style, their vision of People Architecture is propelled by a shared sense of empathy—where the values of end users and the values of design are one and the same. W-B designers place human experience at the centre of our design process to deliver engaging projects that respond to the way people actually use space.

The Developers

People Purpose Time

People Purpose Time isn’t a typical developer. Envisioned around family values, with deep-seated community ideals, we exist to create the kind of homes that we want to live in. Homes designed for people, shaped by purpose, and made timeless. Every project a little piece of us, representing our enduring investment in the communities we love.
