The Lifestyle

Welcome to a life well-lived

Rooftop Terrace

Time together has never meant more

The Prescott is built on a shared social ethos. One that finds its place on the open-air terraces high above the surrounding canopy. On level four, a rooftop garden offers quiet moments where residents can slow down, breathe, and simply be. Above it all, level eight is where the community truly gathers, with an outdoor wellness and social space designed for good company. This is the rare building that understands a home is more than four walls. It’s also the life that surrounds it.

The Pool

Perched high above it all

The Prescott’s rooftop pool, spa and outdoor lounge shimmer high above the trees, catching the sun from first light to last. The water is calm, the outlook is tranquil, and the sense of being somewhere quietly exceptional is immediate. A private world, perched above the everyday.

Sauna + Steam

Restorative by design

The rooftop wellness retreat offers the time and space to prioritise your health. The steam room, sauna and cold plunge work in quiet sequence to open the body, deepen recovery and sharpen the mind. Used regularly, the ritual helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance sleep. But the more immediate reward is simpler: the feeling of being completely restored.

Luxury at home

The Lobby

For those who know the true value of connection

At ground level, the lobby has been designed to nurture community for people who value daily connection. Envisioned as a highly social arrival experience, the lobby brings people together around a resident lounge, shared business workspace, concierge, and chance meetings collecting the mail. A fireplace lends it all a warm glow, while beyond the glass doors is an outdoor garden courtyard shaded by green canopy. A life of harmony, beauty, and meaningful connection.

The Subterranean Level
